Updated monthly · this is the current one

Now — July 2026

What I'm actually working on this month. If you're about to email me, this is the page that tells you whether I'm still on it.

Short by design. Five things, rewritten at the start of every month, so nobody has to guess from a homepage whether any of this is still live.

01

What I'm shipping

The first Anticipy units. Pre-orders are open at anticipy.ai and getting a physical object into someone's hands is the only thing that matters right now.

02

What I got wrong last month

Written up here from next month onward — this is the first edition of this page, so there's no previous month to report on yet.

03

What I'm reading

Mostly other people's hardware post-mortems — the write-ups founders publish after a first production run goes sideways. They're the closest thing to a manual for what I'm about to do.

04

What I need

  • Intros to hardware founders who've been through a first production run.
  • Engineers who've shipped BLE firmware that held up outside a lab.
  • Anyone who has taken a wearable from working prototype to a thing in a box.

If that's you: omar@anticipationlabs.com. I reply to every email.

05

Everything else

Entering grade 10 at Mulgrave in West Vancouver. Still writing the monthly note — one email, what worked, what didn't, one or two asks. You can sign up for it on the homepage.

New here? Start with the story — seven projects between ages 8 and 15, including the one I sold at 14.
